In order to transition to the Kohl’s Credit Card, it is necessary to issue a new card with a new card number, expiration date and security code. Starting February 24, you’ll be able to activate your new card and begin using it to earn Kohl’s rewards on purchases at Kohl’s. Note, if you do not receive a new card before February 24, please call 844‑463‑7012 for more information.

If you don’t receive a new card after February 24 and were expecting one, please call 844‑463‑7012.

Payment cutoff time: Payments made by mobile, online or over the phone by 8 p.m. ET, Monday–Saturday, will be credited to your account on the same day. Mailed payments received by 5 p.m. local time at our processing center will be credited to your account on the same day. Payments made on a Sunday, Thanksgiving, Christmas or New Year’s Day may not be credited on the same day. However, if your payment due date falls on a Sunday or one of these holidays, then payments made on that date will be credited as of that date. Payments in any other form may not be credited as of the day we receive them.
Online: You can make online payments through Capital One’s website or mobile app.
Mail: Your statements will have a new design and a new payment address. Your mailed statement will include a pre-addressed envelope for your payment. Send all payments to Capital One at the address printed on your statement.

If for any reason your automatic payments don’t transfer, we will notify you after February 24.

As part of the move to Capital One, payments must now be made in U.S. dollars from a U.S. deposit account. If you have been making payments by mailed check from a Canadian deposit account, which were accepted as a courtesy, going forward these payments need to come from a U.S. deposit account with a U.S. routing number. Some Canadian Banks offer cross-border accounts that will meet this criteria-allowing you to pay from a Canadian-based U.S. dollar checking account. Otherwise, payments made at Kohl’s stores may be accepted as a courtesy. Payments may not be credited the same day they are received.
Also, if you are a Canadian resident and have electronic Autopay set up with funds taken from a Canadian deposit account, that will be canceled as of February 24, 2025. You will need to re-set up an autopay series with a U.S. deposit account, or make payments from another payment channel using a U.S. deposit account as noted above.

Once signed in, you’ll be able to enroll in paperless statements, customized alerts and other features. Plus, your online account with Capital One will feature digital tools and security benefits to help you keep your account safe.
On or after February 21, one-time online payments will no longer be processed in the current Kohl’s system, and online account management will be unavailable February 21–February 23.
